14 of 219 observed stores had a tag loading and staying silent on at least one page type.

WooCommerce

11.3%

25 of 222 observed stores. Plugin churn is the likeliest explanation and we did not test for it.

Fifty-nine stores were excluded because we could not observe them: 38 served a challenge page, 14 had a consent banner we could not resolve, 7 timed out. Excluding them raises the headline rate. Including them would be wrong.
