Questions people actually ask
Why is the free tier a monitored store rather than more scans?
Because a one-off scan cannot show you the thing you are buying — value arriving while you are not looking. Six weeks in you get an email at two in the morning, and that is the demo.
Can I just rescan by hand every day?
For one store, yes, and you should. For forty client stores it is forty tabs every morning, which is the actual reason people pay.
What happens if my card fails?
We keep checking and keep alerting for seven days. A monitoring tool that goes quiet the day a card expires is worse than no tool.
What if I go over my store limit?
Nothing is deleted. The most recently added stores pause and we tell you which. Upgrade and they resume with their history intact.
